Role puprose
As the PPC Specialist within Elegant Resorts, you will be responsible for the planning, management, execution and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Google and Bing. Your expertise will drive efficiency across these acquisition channels and you will be expected to proactively challenge yourself to ensure optimal performance and increasingly strong return on investment.
Key Tasks
- Strategise, create and manage effective PPC strategies and campaigns to drive web traffic and subsequently new business leads into the team
- Ensure PPC campaigns are optimised to bring in high quality leads from high-net-worth clients to deliver optimal conversion rates through PPC channels
- Own all conversion tracking across channels
- Deliver plans to scale high-performance campaigns
- Critically evaluate existing campaign structures
- Analyse and monitor key word performance ensuring landing pages are optimised
- Write compelling ad copy tailored to different funnel stages, maintaining consistency with brand tone of voice
- Work cross-functionally to create a feedback loop for ongoing optimisation
- Create and manage reporting across campaign performance, CPLs, CPAs and recommendations for discussion with the Head of Marketing
- Own channel forecasting, budgeting and monthly spend-pacing alongside Head of Marketing
- Reforecast budgets based on performance and seasonality when required
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of Google & Microsoft trends and products
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Hold relevant digital marketing qualifications
- Expert in creating, managing and optimising campaigns in Google and Bing.
- Significant technical knowledge and ability.
- Strong analytical skills and reporting capability
- Expert in GA4
- Knowledge of HubSpot is desirable
- Knowledge of B2C customer journeys and funnel optimisation
